got my first ever pay cheque today! :) pta hi nai chala kab itni badi ho gai..feels gr8 to finally have the fruit of being tutored :P patience is the key..p.s. the above lines myt have double meanings :D

ethical gate-crashing :D

being in a city where almost nobdy knows u has its own positives ;) the last weekend was spent at my massi's home..and thanks to this season of marriages i had the opportunity of tail-gating 2 such functions..the first was a lavish indian wedding..and as u wud have imagined i knew nobody there or vice versa..so when there is so much food around and u have nobody to say "namaste" to or pass a forced smile at then wat do u do! :P ofcourse u eat! and that is exactly wat i did..from kulfi to khichdi nothing left my notice :D left one plate and picked up the other without losing ne time! and ofcourse the aftr dinner paan is the most happening part of it all..the next day my relatives took me to a 'bhajan sandhya'! i can assure u of the fact that while in chd i would have never imagined to sit and survive one..but again the prospect of a good dinner was obviously more tempting than staying alone at home..so there i was sitting among heavily decked ppl singing 'radhe-radhe'! and not to forget the elaborate decorations and rose water sprinklers..then came the dinner, which was no less than that of the previous night, but unfortunately the paan was missing :P..this tym also i tried to eat to the max of my capacity without bothering to take a second glance at nebdy there..my massi also being an excellent cook more than made up for the breakfast and lunch the next day..sitting in my pg now..missed dinner today..and i had already foreseen that! and that's not because of an upset stomach but because i don't feel like giving up on good food.. :P
